Tasting Notes
Medium straw yellow. Dried grass, hay and fine, clear fruit on the nose. Straightforward, lean, racy and pure on the palate, appears quite dry and shows good concentration and length, but still has an edgy and drying finish due to its structure and youth. A bold contrast to the otherwise rather lush and thick 2011 crus. Here you can find the racy acidity that not only suits the Riesling very well, but is an essential part of it.
