On the nose, aromas delicately reminiscent of pear and quince, a hint of white nougat, slightly floral with some lime zest nuances in the background. The palate is taut and finely meshed, with fine acidity, elegant and lingering with subtle notes of peach and a lemony mineral finish. A lively food wine.
