The red wine Hommage à George Pinot Noir, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Georg Müller Stiftung has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 94+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Dark red. Rich red fruit on the nose, black cherry, smoke, forest floor, deeply spicy and with well-integrated wood. On the palate juicy and dense, red fruit, finely woven tannins, ripe and vivid with excellent structure and very long. Will get much better. Burgundian power from the Rheingau and elegance.
