Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Yellow pear fruit on the nose is underlaid with fine meadow herbs, a hint of mango, and some candied orange zest. The palate has a medium body with notes of pomaceous fruit, allied to a subtle acidity with a salty touch. Will improve with bottle ageing.
