Tasting from 30.04.2026: Romana Echensperger, Valentine Mühlberger

Slightly cloudy, golden yellow with copper reflections. Initially animal-spicy notes on the nose, along with Golden Delicious, marjoram and some apricot. More accessible with air. Gentle attack on the palate, mild acidity and tight, discreet tannins. Yellow-fruity and herbal-spicy notes, accompanied by noticeable alcohol on the finish.
