Complex and nuanced nose with a lot of varietal typicity: pear, yellow plum, some smoke and plenty of savouriness. A burgunder with substance, juice, flavour and a hint of minerality. With a ripe phenolic structure, it is well balanced. A lot of wine, calibrated for food.
