The red wine Blauburgunder Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Gottardi has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright ruby red in colour with a garnet rim. On the nose, aromas of ripe cherry and dried berries, subtle ethereal notes, eucalyptus and hints of blood on the finish. The palate opens with vibrancy, expressively fruit-driven, displaying fine-grained tannins and persistence. Will age well.
