Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.09.2010

Deep yellow-green. Ripe tropical fruit, delicate lychee and pineapple, fine herbal spice, delicate dried fruit. Full-bodied, characterized by a caramelly sweetness, opulent and well persistent, a beautiful "Auslese", but clearly marked by botrytis and therefore not a DAC Reserve in terms of style.
