Tasting from 07.07.2010

Dark ruby, firm colour core, brightening at the rim. Finely spiced dark berry fruit, ripe plum, a hint of balsam and ethereal nuances, multi-faceted, well-ripened bouquet. Fresh cherry confit, tight texture, very well integrated tannin, fresh acidity, fine citrus touch, heart cherry on the finish, a versatile food companion with a good future.
