Pale greenish yellow with silver reflections. Intense aromas of fresh mint and rosemary, a hint of passion fruit and mango, and fresh lime zest make for a multi-layered bouquet. Juicy and as complex as a wine with 12% can be on the palate with delicate notes of lychee and apple. There's a salty, mineral sense of light-footedness and it seems perfectly mature already but with certain ageing potential.
