Tasting Notes
Medium green yellow, silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit, a hint of fresh mango, floral touch, some quince jelly, mineral undertones. Juicy, elegant, a hint of peach and passion fruit, integrated acidity structure, a hint of blossom honey on the finish, lingers very well, a well-balanced food companion with certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingMedium yellow-green in colour. In the nose, aromas of meadow herbs, subtle hints of blossom honey, a hint of quince, ripe tropical fruit, and candied grapefruit zest. The palate is complex and juicy, with fruit expression redolent of passionfruit, darkly mineral and persistent. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
