Dark ruby, purple reflections, faint ochre brightening on the rim. Fine herbal spice, ripe plums, hints of dried figs and nougat, inviting bouquet. Medium complexity, pickled cherries, fine tannins, red berry touch, cherries on the finish, a zippy food wine.
