A deep dark ruby colour, with an opaque core, purple reflections, and a delicate bright trim. There are intense fine oak notes, with amarena cherry, subtle hints of coconut, and bourbon vanilla. It is juicy, with black cherry, vivid tannins, some minerality, and a subtle oak spiciness on the finish, and it will benefit from bottle ageing.
