Tasting Notes
Light yellow green, with silver reflections. Fresh nuances of peach, apricot and tangerine zest, with delicate herbal savouriness and floral notes, an individual bouquet. Medium-bodied, white peach fruit, finely meshed, a lively structure, lemony, a salty touch, with some tannins on the finish, and blood orange on the back palate. At the moment it seems already well developed, and it will mature further.
