Light yellow-green with silver reflections. The nose is still delicately reductive, with a smoky character and pleasantly fresh herbal notes alongside white tropical fruit and a touch of grapefruit. Complex on the palate with a very elegant texture driven by fine acidity that generates great tension and drive. A mineral note appears on the finish. Certain ageing potential.
