Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicately reductive, nutty nuances of pome fruit, delicate lime zest, mineral touch, multi-faceted bouquet. Good complexity, fine pear fruit, fresh structure, some cookie on the finish, salty aftertaste, a fine companion at the table.
