Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow in colour with silver reflections and a very fine, intense mousse. On the nose, a multi-layered bouquet with hints of biscuit, yellow peach, fresh apple, tangerine zest, and some blossom honey. The palate is juicy and elegant, with a touch of sweet fruit and pastry notes, fresh and mineral, with a lingering finish. A versatile wine, this has long been a classic in the Sekt Austria Brut category. (Deg. 5/22).
