Medium golden yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas delicately reminiscent of mango and ripe quince, with subtle herbal spices, blossom honey, and tangerine zest in the background. The palate is juicy, with delicate notes of caramel, white nougat, and ripe tropical fruit, subtly sweet, with a saline-mineral finish, a textural food wine.
