Delicate botrytis, some raisin, but also freshly fruity and spicy, bergamot, dried lemon peel. Very elegant on the palate, viscous but not too thick, penetrating acidity, lots of juice, and a mineral freshness. It is a dense and pithy Auslese.
More about the tastingFig compote, nectarine, apricot, herbal notes and almost eucalyptus. Concentrated acidity, playful sweetness, dense and biting, with underlying texture and well-balanced sweetness. Exceptionally good in freshness and precision.
