Somewhat yeasty on the nose, and also ripe floral notes, nutmeg and lavender, also bergamot. The palate opens smoothly, with a slight sweetness behind a brisk mousse, with a firm body and a hearty Rheingau acidity, and with a clean, fresh finish.
