The white wine »Tonneau« Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Heinrichshof has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Riesling from tonneau barrels is no longer an absolute rarity on the Mosel. Only a very subtle touch of wood on the nose. On the palate, the wood influence is more obvious, but supports the structure. Dry, fine, really good. Exciting point in its evolution.
