Initially fruity citrus notes and herbal-spicy nuances on the nose, followed by aromas of crushed rock. On the palate, the sweet fruit is wonderfully tropical and well balanced by the typical acidity of the terroir. Slate savouriness and fresh stone fruit accompany the good finish.
