Tasting Notes
Stronger yellow-green. Intense woody spice on the nose, cinnamon and cloves, oak, ripe stone fruit notes, delicate yeasty nuances. Very good freshness on the palate, a touch of grapefruit, then the massive wood comes into play again, which appears somewhat rough, dry style, nothing is concealed here with residual sugar, should still mature a little, definitely lives up to its name "very extreme".
