Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There are aromas of fresh cherry fruit, with candied mandarin zest in the background, and a hint of violet blossom, it is an inviting bouquet. It is juicy, with finely meshed well-integrated tannins, a fresh structure, a salty touch, red berry nuances, and a subtle leafy finish. It is a multi-layered food wine.
More about the tastingDark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, subtle notes of ripe, sweet cherries, nuances of oak and a touch of tobacco. Elegant with fine fruit expression, ripe plums, well-integrated tannins, mineral notes and a salty touch. Still a little demanding, will benefit from bottle ageing.
