Tasting Notes
A new world opens up at the Meßmer winery: skin-fermented, yeasty, light in alcohol and yet bone-dry. The nose has the typical Muscat grapey character. Then very calm on the palate with notes of apple skin, grapes, slightly tannic. As an aperitif or for creative people in the kitchen!
