The red wine »Passepartout«, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Hermann J.& Jutta Müller has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Spätburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Light-coloured in the glass, fresh strawberry fruit and red currant on the nose, with a certain herbaceousness. On the palate, the herbs are increasingly on the offensive. The wine is light-footed, redcurrant, mild in tannin, sweetness and acidity harmoniously balanced. Also tastes good slightly chilled.
