Aroma enriched by spontaneous fermentation. Taut on the palate, slightly astringent, very mineral, crisp and feisty in the body, but also with a strong acid core and a concise structural part, still closed in the aromatic length, but exceptional in the intensity of tactile and nervous sensation.
