Medium greenish yellow, with silver reflections. Subtle nuances of white tropical fruits, smoky savouriness, and a hint of lemongrass. Taut, tightly meshed, with fine fruit expression and a lively acid structure, it has a discreet touch of honey on the finish. It has a very good length, but should be allowed to enjoy more time in bottle.
