Tasting from 21.11.2021: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby garnet colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Fresh black forest berries, blackberries, delicate hints of cassis, with some nougat and orange zest in the background. Juicy, light fig notes, subtle fruit sweetness, fresh structure, red berries on the finish, mineral aftertaste.
