Tasting Notes
Light straw yellow with silver reflections. The nose is smoky, with nuances of flint, candied lime and orange zest and some yellow peach in the background. In the mouth it is light-footed, yet taut, with fine white tropical fruit, lively acidity and a salty-mineral finish. Lots of finesse in an easy-drinking, bone-dry style that has definite ageing potential.
