A creamy to pale pink blanc-de-noirs colour. The aroma is citrusy and nutmeg-spicy, very clear. Juicy and crisp on the palate, with a pinch of phenolics providing structure. The finish is polished and the fruitiness and acidity are well-balanced and unadorned.
