A very clear, incisive nose with scents of pineapple and passion fruit, ripe lime, and some smoke and flint. The palate is delicate and long with plucky acidity balancing rich and firm structure that feels almost monolithically deep. Lots of citrus, plus herbal savouriness emerges. Very long, and still needs time.
