Medium greenish yellow colour. Distinct herbal savouriness, fine clove notes, aromas of candied orange zest, fully ripe yellow-apple fruit and some honey. Powerful palate with an opulent texture and pleasant pear fruit, it is juicy and deep, lingers well and has delicate fruit on the finish. Will benefit from further bottle ageing.
