Medium dusky pink, orange reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Pickled cherry, red wild berries, delicate hints of fresh fig and cookie, a multilayered bouquet. Taut, tightly meshed, nuances of white pit fruit, some nougat, lingers well, mineral-fresh, good as an aperitif as well as a food companion. (Deg. 11/22).
