Tasting from 22.11.2013

Medium greenish yellow. Very clear wood spice, vanilla over mango and ripe apple. The new wood also dominates the palate, again yellow fruit, some coconut, shows power and length, an elegant, full-bodied food companion, but too much barrique for a DAC Reserve.
