Tasting from 05.09.2025: Peter Moser

Light green-yellow with silver reflections. Delicate aromas of herbal savouriness, some blossom honey, ripe pear fruit with candied orange zest underneath. Juicy, round and fruity, the residual sugar is in the sweet range and makes for a somewhat more opulent style, but balanced overall. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
