Tasting from 22.03.2024: Peter Moser

Medium yellow, green hints, silver reflections. On the nose, subtle hints of meadow herbs, yellow pome fruits and background nuances of tobacco. Juicy with savoury notes, ripe pear, freshly structured, a subtle tannic bitterness, then a touch of sweetness on the finish. Will benefit from bottling ageing.
