Tasting from 28.06.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Medium salmon pink with cherry red hints. Deep red fruit on the nose, cherry, cassis, also some blackberry, fine savouriness is added. Compactly built on the palate, full-bodied and in its slightly shirt-sleeved style with some rustic phenolics, predestined to be a good food wine. Honest character.
