The red wine Walporzheim Kräuterberg Pinot Noir GG, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut J.J. Adeneuer has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Ahr in Germany.
On the nose: cranberry, slate-savoury notes, Mediterranean herbs such as oregano and rosemary. The attack is creamy, the tannins fine-grained and very dense, the rather ripe acidity carries the structure in combination with very strong tactile minerality. A fine, only beginning to mature site type.
