Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Lemon yellow in colour and very precise in fruit. Lemon balm, orange peel, green apple and also rock powder. On the palate, the good acidity balances the extract and gives structure. Fine savouriness here as well. An attractive wine with echo.
