The white wine »R« Wicker Nonnberg Riesling trocken, vintage 2008 from the winery Weingut Joachim Flick GbR has been rated in 2018 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Intense colour. Caramelised aromas, butter biscuits, mango, guava, liquorice, thyme and some earthy-truffle notes. Very smooth on the palate, soft smooth phenolics, a surprisingly mild acidity, a touch of sweetness, in an almost Bourgogne style, rich and graceful.
