The white wine Hochheim Königin Victoriaberg Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Joachim Flick GbR has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Ample notes of mint and a hint of linden blossom characterise the »Königin Victoriaberg« on the nose. On the palate, a yellow ripeness followed by emerging notes of pineapple and ginger that almost reflects the Franconian keuper rock terroir. Supple, dense, currently still very young. Will continue to evolve.
