Tasting Notes
It has a deep garnet colour, with purple reflections, and a broad bright rim. There is a lovely tobacco savouriness, with a floral touch, a hint of cherry compote, red wild strawberry, and a subtle nougat touch. It has a medium complexity, and is juicy, with some minerality, saltiness, well-integrated tannins, and red fruit notes on the finish. It will benefit from bottle ageing, and it has certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingStrong crimson core, purple reflections, subtle ochre hue on the rim. Delicate floral aromas of confit red wild berries, pickled cherries and raspberries and a hint of orange zest. Medium-bodied, light red berries and strawberries support the well-integrated tannins, mineral and saline notes and red cherries on the finish. Very elegant style.
