Tasting Notes
Medium intensity carmine garnet in colour, with purple reflections and a touch of edge brightening. Delicate notes of hibiscus and eucalyptus on the nose with a hint of figs, wild berries and ripe red fruit, a juicy smelling bouquet. Good complexity to the palate, which is tightly meshed with fine tannins and sticks well. Blackberries are the dominant fruit note, with some noble wood spice in the aftertaste. Certain ageing potential.
