Light brick red with orange reflections. Leather, red- and blackcurrant on the nose, whilst the palate shows a rich sweetness allied to a lively, long-lasting acidity. There's some grape sugar aromas in the mid-palate and a distinctly creamy, slightly yeasty finish.
