Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow colour, brightening at the rim. Fine yellow pear fruit with fine herbal savouriness in the background, a hint of tobacco, mineral nuances, delicate blossom honey in the background, initially quite shy bouquet. Powerful, ripe yellow fruit nuances, subtle hints of honeydew melon, juicy texture, full-bodied on the finish, pronounced in fruit finish, mineral-salty aftertaste, very young and spicy, still needs bottle ageing.
