Medium yellow-green. Delicate vanilla, a hint of orange zest underlies ripe tropical fruit, some pineapple and mango, lemon balm notes. Medium complexity, powerful, fine spice, papaya notes on the finish, flint notes on the aftertaste, solid food wine.
