Medium yellow green, silver reflections, delicate mousse. Delicate apple fruit, mineral, white pomaceous fruit, delicate hints of lime zeat and cookie. Juicy, good complexity, fruity-sweet, mango notes on the finish, salty, some quince in the aftertaste, definite certain ageing potential.
