Medium green-yellow in colour. Inviting stone fruit aromas on the nose, with some hints of apricot, blossom honey and mineral undertones. Juicy on the palate with a core of sweet white tropical fruit that's elegant and balanced. The fresh acidity structure is well countered by the extract sweetness, and remains very persistent. There's nuances of pineapple and passion fruit on the finish, with very good ageing potential.
