Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.06.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Intense nose with notes of cherry, elderberry and leaves as well as spice. Intense and complex. With air, the wine also reveals herbal nuances. Also intense on the palate with a medium fullness, noticeable tannin and beautiful length. The heat of the vintage can be felt in the wine, but there is still plenty of freshness thanks to the ripe, structuring acidity.
